With traditional art places closed for the health and safety of our community, PGBK is bringing a participatory art experience to various communities around Brooklyn. Local and international artists contributed work to this project and this work will be printed onto paper and wheat-pasted onto walls around Brooklyn (the original art will be redistributed). Each wall will include a QR code to connect the visitor to a site-specific audio program.
Papergirl Radio is the audio component that gives the exhibition context in its surroundings and alerts the audience to the social and political ideas and movements built by artists and local organizations in each neighborhood. is available as a podcast but is experienced best on-site.
